Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Japanese mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ to ½ tbsp salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp apple juice

Method

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Mix it well.
  • Serve it with sushi.

Notes

  • Use regular or eggless mayo instead of Japanese mayo.
  • Use any hot sauce instead of sriracha sauce.
  • Use sugar instead of honey.
