Method
- 2 mandarins
- ¾ cup chopped cucumber
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp tahini
Method
- Take a blender jar.
- Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth.
- Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.
