SANTULA(MIX GREEN VEGETABLE WITH MILKY GRAVY)

  • 50 GRAMS ROUGHLY DICED PUMPKIN
  • 50 GRAMS ROUGHLY DICED EGGPLANT
  • 50 GRAMS ROUGHLY DICED POTATO
  • 20 GRAMS ROUGHLY DICED YAM
  • 1 T/S MUSTARD SEEDS
  • 1 T/S CUMIN SEEDS
  • 1 CHOPPED ONION
  • 6 GREEN CHILLI
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • OIL

▶▶METHOD◀◀


  • HEAT THE PRESSURE COOKER ON HIGH FLAME.ADD OIL AND WHEN IT GET WARM THEN ADD MUSTARD AND CUMIN SEEDS, ONION AND CHILLI.
  • COOKED IT FOR 1 MIN THEN ADD OUR ROUGHLY CHOPPED VEGETABLES AND STIR IT WELL. (DON'T LOW THE FLAME) ADD SALT AND ADD 50ML WATER.
  • CLOSE THE COOKER AND WHISTLE IT FOR 3-4 TIMES.
  • ADD PINCH OF SUGAR.MASHED THE VEGETABLE SOME KIND.THEN ADD MILK AND BOIL IT FOR 3 MINS.
