Chocolate syrup, how to make Chocolate syrup


Ingredients
  • ·        ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ·        ½ cup sugar
  • ·        ½ cup water
  • ·        2 tbsp salted butter
  • ·        ¼ cup condensed milk

Method
  • ·        Take a sauce pan add water, sugar, and cocoa powder.
  • ·        Using a whisk. Whisk the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • ·        Now cook this mixture over medium to high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • ·        Add butter and melt the butter in that mixture.
  • ·        Now add the condensed milk.
  • ·        Mix it well.
  • ·        After adding the condensed milk cook it for only 1 more minutes.
  • ·        The more you cook, it will get thicker. So be careful of cooking time.
  • ·        Now it ready to be used in cakes, milkshakes, ice-cream, pastry. 
  • ·        Store this syrup in the air tight container for up to 2 weeks in fridge.

Notes
  • ·        Be careful on cooking time.
  • ·        The more you cook, it will become like a paste and we are making syrup.
