Ginger powder, how to make a Ginger Powder at home.


Ingredients
·        1 cup of peeled and grated ginger

Method
·        Take aluminium foil. And cover the aluminium foil over baking tray.
·        Spread the ginger over aluminium foil evenly.
·        Bake it at 100 degree Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes or the ginger become dry & crisp completely.
·        Once the baking process is done let it cool down for while.
·        Blend the ginger using coffee grinder or regular mixer grinder.
·        Store this at the air tight container jar.
·        You can use this ginger powder to make any kind of spice mix.

Notes
·        Keep on your eye at the temperature. Because we don’t to burn the ginger. We just need to dry the moisture of the ginger.
·        It can be store up to 6 months.
