Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

Vegan and oil free dressing, Vegan ranch dressing [3]



Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp boiling water or as required
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice.
Method

  • Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients.
  • Mix it until it becomes smooth lump free cream.
  • Ready to be use.
  • Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

Notes

  • Instead of cashew butter, use soaked cashews and blend it until gets smooth.
