Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice vinegar
  • 180 grams sugar
  • 70 grams salt
  • 1 kombu

Method

  • Take a sauce pan. Add kombu and rice vinegar.
  • Bring it to boil for 1-2 minute.
  • Add salt and sugar.
  • Mix until dissolve.
  • Sieve the mixture and let it cool down.
  • Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Instead of rice vinegar, use white vinegar or regular vinegar.
