Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml fish sauce
  • ½ tbsp chilli paste

Method

  • Take a bowl. Add sugar, lime juice, fish sauce.
  • Mix until it combines well.
  • Add chilli paste.
  • Mix it well.
  • Serve it rice wrapper shrimp roll.
  • Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
