Ginger mayo sauce, how to make ginger mayo sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Japanese mayo
  • 3 tbsp ginger pulp( discard the juice of ginger)
  • 1 tbsp spicy hot sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • ½ tbsp of lime juice.

Method

  • Take a small blender jar. Add Japanese mayo and ginger pulp to this.
  • Now blend it until smooth paste.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
  • Now the ginger mayo sauce is done.
  • Serve with fried chickens.
  • Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Add vinegar instead of lemon juice.
  • Use regular mayo or eggless mayo instead of Japanese mayo.
