Garlic mayo, how to make Garlic mayo

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Japanese mayo
  • 3 tbsp garlic pulp( discard the juice of garlic)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Method

  • Take a small blender jar. Add Japanese mayo and Garlic pulp to this.
  • Now blend it until smooth paste.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
  • Now the garlic mayo is done.
  • Serve with any fried or baked snacks.
  • Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
