Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic chives

Method

  • Take a bowl. Add mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
  • Mix it and combine the sauce well.
  • Now add sesame oil, pinch of salt and ½ tbsp of chives.
  • Mix it well.
  • Garnish with the remaining chopped chives. Sprinkle the chopped chives over the sauce.
  • Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Use any hot sauce instead of sriracha sauce.
  • Use any fresh herb instead of garlic chives but I suggest using garlic chives because it gives better taste from other herbs.
