Ingredients
  • ·        1/3 cup of light soy sauce
  • ·        ¼ cup water
  • ·        ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • ·        1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ·        1 tbsp sugar
  • ·        2 tbsp Asian chili paste
  • ·        2 clove minced garlic
  • ·        1 tbsp garlic chives

Method
  • ·        Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  • ·        Serve it fried tofu, fried seafood, steam dumplings as a dipping sauce.
  • ·        Store this dipping sauce in the air tight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes
  • ·        Use any regular vinegar, instead of rice vinegar.
  • ·        Use any kind of hot sauce, instead of Asian chili paste.
