Ingredients
  • ·        ½ cup soy sauce
  • ·        1 tbsp mirin
  • ·        1 tbsp sake

Method
  • ·        Take a sauce pan. Add mirin and sake , turn on the flame and boil it for 30 seconds to 1 minute and let the alcohol evaporate because mirin is rice wine and sake is kind of alcohol so we must need to evaporate the alcohol.
  • ·        Now add soy sauce to sake and mirin and give it only one good boil.
  • ·        Once the sauce is done by cooking.
  • ·        Let the sauce cool completely.
  • ·        Serve it with sushi or sashimi.
  • ·        Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
