Ingredients
- ·
1/3 cup peanut butter
- ·
1 tbsp roasted salted peanut
- ·
3 tbsp sriracha sauce
- ·
1 tbsp maple syrup
- ·
1 ½ tbsp fish sauce
- ·
2 tbsp water
- ·
1 tbsp parsley
- ·
¼ tbsp chopped chives
Method
·
Take a bowl. Add peanut butter, sriracha sauce, maple syrup,
fish sauce, water, chives and ½ a tbsp parsley.
·
Mix all this very well.
·
Now coarsely crushed the peanut using mortar and pestle.
·
Serve the sauce in dipping bowl add the peanuts over it.
·
Gently mix it. (do not over mix we want that chunk of
peanut.)
·
Now add remaining parsley over the sauce.
·
Serve it.
·
Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 15 in
the fridge.
Notes
- ·
Add any kind of hot sauce instead of sriracha.
- ·
Add any kind refreshing herbs like parsley or coriander
instead of chives but I suggest to use chives to give more exotic flavour to
this spicy peanut sauce.
- ·
Use thin soy sauce instead of fish sauce.
