Ingredients
  • ·        ¼ cup light soy sauce
  • ·        2 tbsp vinegar
  • ·        1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ·        Pinch of salt
  • ·        1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • ·        1 tbsp fresh red chili
  • ·        1 tbsp chopped garlic chives.

Method
  • ·        Take a bowl add soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, salt, sriracha sauce.
  • ·        Mix it well.
  • ·        Now add chili and garlic chives.
  • ·        Mix it well.
  • ·        Serve it as dipping sauce with hot steamed dumplings.
  • ·        Store this dipping sauce in the air tight container for up to month 2 weeks.

Notes
  • ·        Instead of maple syrup add honey as per your taste.
  • ·        Instead of sriracha use any kind of hot sauce.
  • ·        Instead of red chili use any mild chili or green chili.
