Asian ginger dipping sauce, how to make Asian ginger dipping sauce


Ingredients
  • ·        ½ cup fresh thinly sliced ginger julienne
  • ·        ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ·        2 tbsp Japanese vinegar
  • ·        1 tbsp liquid amino
  • ·        1 tbsp fish sauce
  • ·        3 tbsp honey

Method
  • ·        Take a clean bowl. Add fresh thinly sliced ginger julienne.
  • ·        Now add lemon juice and Japanese vinegar.
  • ·        Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  • ·        Now add liquid amino, fish sauce and honey.
  • ·        Mix it well.
  • ·        Ready to serve as a dipping sauce.
  • ·        Store this Asian dipping sauce in the air tight container for up to 2 weeks in fridge.

Notes
  • ·        Ginger should be chopped in very thin julienne.
  • ·        Instead of Japanese vinegar you can rice vinegar.
  • ·        Instead of fish sauce you can use Thai thin soy sauce.
