Ingredients
  • ·        4 tbsp Fish sauce
  • ·        2 tbsp lime juice
  • ·        2 tbsp tamarind puree
  • ·        1 ½ tbsp sugar
  • ·        1 ½  tbsp roasted rice powder
  • ·        1 ½  tbsp red chili flakes
  • ·        2 thinly sliced shallots
  • ·        2 tbsp coriander leaf
  • ·        1 tbsp spring onion

Method
  • ·        Take a bowl add fish sauce, lime juice, tamarind puree, sugar.
  • ·        Mix until the sugar melts.
  • ·        Then add chili flakes, roasted rice powder, shallots, coriander, spring onion.
  • ·        Mix all the ingredients well.
  • ·        Serve it.

Notes
  •         Increase or decrease the amount of chili flakes as per your taste.
  • ·        You can store this in the refrigerator for up to weak.
