Ingredients
  •   5 clove garlic
  •  1 tbsp oyster sauce
  •   2 tbsp fish sauce
  •        ¾ tbsp salt 
  •      10 fresh red chili 
  •      2 tbsp coriander stork and leaf 
  •      2 tbsp sugar 
  •      1/2 cup lime juice
Method
  • ·        Take small blender jar. And then blend garlic, oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt, red chili, coriander stork and leaf, sugar.
  •      Blend it coarse.  
  •       Then add lime juice mix it well.
  •           Serve it with squid, prawns, crabs.

Notes

·        You can increase or decrease the chilli amount as per your spiciness.
·        You can keep this in the refrigerator for 1 week.
