Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

Tamarind sauce, how to make tamarind sauce.


Ingredients
  • ·        ¾ cup of seedless tamarind
  • ·        2 cups of water
  • ·        1 cup sugar
  • ·        1 tbsp red chili powder
  • ·        1 tbsp salt

Method
  • ·        Soak tamarind in luke warm water for half an hour.
  • ·        Squeeze all the pulp of tamarind into water using your hand.
  • ·        Strain the tamarind pulp.
  • ·        Now pour this into a saucepan.
  • ·        Bring to a boil over low to medium flame.
  • ·        Add sugar and mix it well.
  • ·        Cook until the sauce gets thicken.(we need semi thick consistency neither running nor very thick.)
  • ·        Now add the rest of ingredients. Mix it well.
  • ·        Switch off the flame.
  • ·        Keep it cool. Serve with Indian snacks.
