Ingredients
  • ·        3 tbsp light soy sauce
  •       5 tbsp water
  •      4 tbsp brown sugar or organic sugar
  •      1 garlic clove chopped
  •        ½ tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  •      1 tbsp sesame oil
  •      Pinch of salt 
  •        1 chopped chili

Method
  • ·        Take a clean bowl. Add light soy sauce, water, sugar, salt.
  •      Mix well until the sugar dissolve.
  •     Then add chopped garlic & mix it well.
  •     Add roasted sesame seeds,sesame oil & salt.
  •     Give it a good mix.
  •     Keep this in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  •     Serve it as dipping sauce.
