Ingredients
  • ·        ½ cup lemon juice
  • ·        30 ml water
  • ·        2 tbsp sugar
  • ·        Salt to taste
  • ·        2 tbsp hot spicy chopped chili
  • ·        2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • ·        2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • ·        1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method
  • Take a clean container. Add all the ingredients.
  •  Mix it well. Keep this into refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  •  Serve it with spicy fried seafood.

Notes
  • ·        Increase the amount of chili if want more spicy.
  • ·        Parsley leaves can be used instead of coriander leaves.
