Pad Thai sauce, How to make Pad Thai sauce


Ingredients
  • 2 tamarind paste
  • 1/3 cup chicken stock 
  • 4 tbsp fish sauce 
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper powder     
  •  4 tbsp palm sugar

Method
  • Take a heavy sauce pan. Add all the ingredients mix it very very well. 
  • Start the cook this mixture over low to medium flame.  
  • Cook the pad Thai sauce until it gets thick.   
  • And now it is ready for use, you can make delicious pad Thai noodles, pad Thai salad.
Notes

·        Adjust the sugar as per your taste.
·        You can use brown and regular sugar instead of palm sugar.
·        Always use fresh ingredients.
·        You can keep this in the refrigerator for up to 15 days.
