Ingredients
- 2 tamarind paste
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tbsp pepper powder
- 4 tbsp palm sugar
Method
- Take
a heavy sauce pan. Add all the ingredients mix it very very well.
- Start the cook this mixture over low to medium flame.
- Cook the pad Thai sauce until it gets thick.
- And now it is ready for use, you can make delicious pad Thai noodles, pad Thai salad.

can use brown and regular sugar instead of palm sugar.
