Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

Green sauce, how to make Green Sauce


Ingredients
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • ¼ cup parsley leaves
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 4 spicy chili
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
  • Take a small blender jar. Now add mint, parsley, coriander, garlic, lemon juice, chilli, salt, sugar, water.
  • Blend it smooth.
  • Pour the green mixture into bowl.
  • Now add mayonnaise in that spicy green mixture.
  • Mix it well.
  • Spread and dip it as per your choice of dishes.
