Ginger Syrup, How to make Ginger Syrup

Ingredients
  • ·        1/3 cup grated ginger
  • ·        1/3 cup sugar
  • ·        1 cup water

Method
  • ·        Take a sauce pan. Add grated ginger and water mix it well.
  • ·        Now add the water.
  • ·        Simmer the mixture over low to medium flame. Until the consistency like the syrup.
  • ·        Strain it. Keep it cool.
  • ·        Pour this into airtight container.
  • ·        Keep this ginger syrup in the refrigerator for up to one month.
  • ·        You can make any kind of salad dressing or ginger ale or even mojito.

 Notes
  • You can reduce the amount of ginger.
  • You can increase the amount of sugar if you like it more sweet.
