Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

SWEET CHILLI SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 CUP OF WATER
  • 2 TBSP OF CHOPPED RED CHILLI
  • 1/2 CHOPPED GARLIC
  • 1/4 TBSP CHOPPED GINGER
  • 2 TBSP OF CORNFLOUR WATER
  • SALT AS PER TASTE
  • 1/4 CUP SUGAR
  • 30 ML VINEGAR OR 4 REGULAR TBSP OF VINEGAR
METHOD
  • TAKE SAUCE PAN ADD A CUP OF WATER,CHILLI,GINGER,GARLIC,SALT & SUGAR. AND BRING THIS TO A BOIL.
  • BOIL IT OVER MEDIUM TO HIGH FLAME FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
  • AFTER 10 MINUTES ADD VINEGAR AND COOK IT FOR MORE 2 MINUTES THEN ADD CORNFLOUR WATER AND WHISK IT IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE THE SAUCE GET LUMPY AND WE DON'T WANT OUR SAUCE LIKE THAT.
  • COOK IT FOR ANOTHER 2 MINUTES OR COOK TILL THE MIXTURE WILL GETS THICKEN.
  • HERE IT IS DONE. COOL IT COMPLETELY.
  • STORE THIS IN THE AIR TIGHT CONTAINER AND PUT THE CONTAINER IN THE REFRIGERATOR UPTO 15 DAYS.
NOTES
  •   AMOUNT OF SAUCE CAN BE DOUBLE OR TRIPLE.
  • INCREASE OR DECREASE THE AMOUNT OF CHILLI AS PER YOUR CHOICE.
  • MAKE SURE TO KEEP THIS IN THE AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
