Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

YAKISOBA(JAPANESE CUISINE)

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 150 GRM SLICED PORK
  • 1 SLICED ONION
  • 1/2 SLICED CABBAGE
  • 2 CUP SPROUTED BEANS
  • 1/2 DICED CARROT
  • 1/2 BELL PEPPER
  • 2 TBSP OIL
  • 2 PACKET RAMEN NOODLES
  • 3 TBSP CHUNO SAUCE
  • 2 TBSP WORCESTER SAUCE
  • 1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
  • GREEN SEAWEED
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A PAN ADD OIL AND HEAT IT AT MEDIUM FLAME. ADD MEAT AND COOK IT TILL ITS TURN BROWN.
  • NOW ADD ONION, CARROT AND BELL PEPPER. COOK IT FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  • NOW ADD CABBAGE AND SPROUTED BEANS AND COOK IT WELL.
  • NOW ADD THE STEAMED RAMEN NOODLES WITH THE VEGGIES AND MIX IT WELL.
  • AS SOON AS THE NOODLES GET SOFT AND LOOSE, ADD CHUNO SAUCE, WORCESTER SAUCE AND SOY SAUCE IN IT AND AGAIN MIX IT.
  • NOW AS THE NOODLES ARE PREPARED, SEASON IT WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
  • NOW SERVE IT A PLATE WITH THE GARNISHING OF GREEN SEAWEED.
