Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

VEGETABLE SOUP

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 4 CUPS MILK
  • 1 CUP WATER
  • 1 TBSP FLOUR
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER
  • 1 CHOPPED ONION
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • BLACK PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
  • 200 GRM CHOPPED BEANS
  • 200 GRM CHOPPED CARROT
  • 200 GRM CHOPPED POTATOES
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A PAN ADD VEGETABLES WITH WATER TO GET BOILED. BOIL THEM AT LOW HEAT UNTIL THEY ARE PERFECTLY COOKED.
  • TAKE ANOTHER PAN ADD BUTTER AND HEAT IT. NOW ADD ONION TO FRY AT MEDIUM HEAT.
  • NOW ADD FLOUR AND MILK WITH ONION AND STIR IT WELL.
  • NOW ADD VEGETABLE AND WATER. NOW COOK THEM AT MEDIUM HEAT FOR 4-5 MINUTES.
  • NOW SEASON IT WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
  • SERVE IT.
