Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

TOMATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 ONION
  • 1 TBSP OIL
  • 1/4 CUP MILK
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • 6 TOMATOES
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER
  • GREEN CHILLIES AS PER SPICINESS
  • 3-4 GARLIC FLAKES
  • 1 TBSP CORN FLOUR
  • FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  • 1 TSP CREAM FOR GARNISHING
  • BLACK PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A PAN ADD OIL IN IT. NOW ADD ONION AND GARLIC IN IT AND FRY IT TILL IT TURNS GOLDEN.
  • NOW ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES. AND HEAT IT TILL ITS GET SOFT.
  • NOW LET THE MIXTURE GET COOL,
  • NOW TAKE A BLENDER ADD THE PREPARED MIXTURE WITH CHILLIES AND BLEND IT.
  • NOW TAKE A PAN AD BUTTER IN IT, THEN ADD CORNFLOUR AND FRY IT FOR A MINUTE. NOW ADD MILK AND LET IT GET BOIL FOR 5-6 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT.
  • NOW ADD THE PREPARED MIXTURE IN PAN WITH SALT AND BLACK PEPPER AND BOIL IT AGAIN FOR 5-6 MINUTES.
  • NOW ADD FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES.
  • NOW SERVE IT IN A BOWL.
  • GARNISH IT WITH CREAM.
