Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

SWEET POTATO AND CARROT SALAD

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 2 CARROTS
  • 3 MEDIUM TOMATOES
  • 1/2 KABULI CHANA
  • 8-10 LETTUCE LEAVES
  • 1 MEDIUM SWEET POTATO
DRESSING:-
  • SALT AS PER TASTE
  • 6 TBSP CURD
  • 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • HONEY AS PER TASTE
GARNISHING:-
  • 1 TBSP WALNUTS
  • 1 TBSP SULTANAS
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION RINGS
METHOD:-
  • FIRST OF ALL PEEL THE SWEET POTATO AND CUT IT IN A DICE SHAPE. NOW TAKE A PAN BOIL IT UNTIL ITS GET SOFT. NOW COVER IT AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
  • NOW TAKE ANOTHER PAN ADD CARROT IN IT AND BOIL IT. CARROT SHOULD REMAIN CRUNCHY. NOW REMOVE IT AND ADD IT WITH SWEET POTATOES.
  • NOW REMOVE THE WATER FROM POTATO AND CARROT. ADD THEM IN A BOWL.
  • NOW FIRSTLY SLICE THE LITTLE TOP PART OF TOMATOES( BIG ENOUGH TO REMOVE TOMATOES SEED) THE CHOP THEM ROUGHLY.
  • NOW COVER BOWL SIDES WITH LETTUCE LEAVES.
  • NOW ADD SWEET POTATO, CARROT, CHICK-PEAS AND TOMATOES AND PLACE IT IN A BOWL COVERED WITH LETTUCE LEAVES.
  • NOW TAKE A BLENDER ADD SALT, CURD, BLACK PEPPER AND HONEY IN IT AND BLEND IT.
  • NOW TAKE A PLATE PLACE SALAD IN IT. ADD DRESSING ON IT. AND GARNISH IT WITH WALNUTS, SULTANAS AND ONION RINGS.
  • SERVE IT.
