Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

SUSHI ROLLS (JAPANESE CUISINE)

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 PIECE OF AVOCADO
  • 3 CUPS STEAMED RICE
  • 3 SEAWEEDS SHEET
  • 150 GRM FISH STRIPS( YOU CAN TAKE ANY FISH YOU LIKE)
  • 200 GRM CUCUMBER
  • SUGAR AS PER TASTE
  • 3 TSP VINEGAR
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • WASABI
METHOD:-

  • REMOVE THE SKIN OF CUCUMBER AND CUT IT INTO STRIPS.
  • NOW TAKE A SMALL BOWL MIX SUGAR, VINEGAR AND SALT IN IT .
  • NOW TAKE A BIG BOWL ADD STEAMED RICE IN IT. NOW ADD THE PREPARED MIXTURE IN THREE PARTS MIXING WITH RICE. DON'T FORGET TO COOL DOWN WHILE MIXING.
  • NOW TAKE A PAPER TOWEL POUR RICE ON IT. SO THAT THE MOISTURE IN RICE CAN BE MAINTAINED.
  • NOW LAY THE SEAWEEDS ON THE SUSHI ROLLING MAT.
  • NOW WET YOUR HANDS ADD SMALL AMOUNT OF RICE ON SEAWEEDS AND SPREAD IT.
  • NOW PUT CUCUMBER, FISH AND AVOCADO ON RICE. NOW HOLD THE SUSHI MAT FROM BOTH THE SIDES AND START ROLLING IT. ROLL IT GENTELY, DONT PUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE ON IT.
  • NOW CUT THE SUSHI USING SHARP KNIFE.
  • SERVE IT WITH WASABI.
