Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

SPINACH AND MUSHROOM SALAD

INGREDIENTS:-

  • BLACK PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
  • 3-4 LIME SLICES
  • 8-10 ONION RINGS
  • 10 BABY CORN
  • 2 TOMATOES
  •  1 1/2 CUP MUSHROOMS
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  • 20 SPINACH LEAVES
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A BOWL ADD THE BABY CORN AND SLICED MUSHROOM AND TOMATOES.
  • TAKE ANOTHER BOWL IN THAT ADD ALL THE SALAD INGREDIENTS.
  • NOW SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER .
  • FOR GARNISHING USE FRESH CORIANDER AND LIME SLICES.
