Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

RAW PAPAYA SALAD

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 1/2 GRATED RAW PAPAYA
  • 2 TBSP CRUSHED ROASTED PEANUTS
FOR PASTE:-
  • SUGAR AS PER TASTE
  • 5 GARLIC CLOVES
  • GREEN CHILLIES AS PER SPICINESS
  • 2 TOMATOES
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A BOWL ADD GRATED PAPAYA WITH TOMATO, CHILLIES AND GARLIC PASTE.
  • NOW ADD CRUSHED PEANUTS WITH IT.
  • MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS PROPERLY.
  • SERVE IT.
