Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS:-

FOR STOCK/SOUP:-

  • 3 CUPS OF PORK STOCK
  • 3 CUPS OF WATER
  • 50 GRM SLICED GINGER
  • 3 GARLIC CLOVES
  • 4 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  • 2 TBSP SAKE
  • 1/2 TSP CHINESE FIVE SPICES
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • SUGAR AS PER TASTE
  • 1 TSP SESAME OIL
FOR TOPPING:-
  • 400 GRM RAMEN NOODLES
  • 500 GRM SLICED PORK
  • BOILED EGG HALVES
  • 4 TBSP CORN KERNELS
  • FINELY CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
FOR GARNISHING:-
  • 1/2 SHEET OF SLICED SEAWEED PAPER
  • SESAME SEEDS
METHOD:-


    • TAKE A PAN POUR SESAME OIL IN IT. NOW ADD SLICED PORK IN IT FOR FRYING. FRY PORK WITH CHOPPED GARLIC AND SOY SAUCE.
    • NOW TAKE A POT ADD SOME WATER IN IT FOR COOKING RAMEN NOODLES. COOK NOODLES FOR 4-5 MINUTES.
    • KEEP THE NOODLES AND FRIED PORK ASIDE.
    • NOW TAKE A PAN ADD PORK STOCK, WATER, SLICED GINGER, GARLIC CLOVES, SOY SAUCE, SAKE, CHINESE FIVE SPICES, SALT, SUGAR AND SESAME OIL TOGETHER. AND STIR IT AT MEDIUM TEMPERATURE.
    • NOW SERVE NOODLES EQUALLY. ADD PORK IN IT WITH EGG, CORN KERNELS AND CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS.
    • NOW POUR THE BOILED STOCK IN EQUAL AMOUNT OVER TOPPPING.
    • FOR GARNISHING USE SEAWEED PAPER AND SESAME SEEDS.
    • SERVE IT.
