Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 CUPS MILK
  • 2 CUPS WATER
  • 2 TBSP FLOUR(MAIDA) 
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER
  • 1 TBSP CREAM
  • 1 CHOPPED ONION
  • 4 CUPS SPINACH LEAVES
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • BLACK PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A PAN ADD WATER IN IT AND LET THE SPINACH BOIL UNTIL IT IS WELL COOKED.
  • NOW TAKE A BLENDER ADD SPINACH AND BLEND IT TILL ITS GET SMOOTH.
  • NOW TAKE A ANOTHER PAN ADD BUTTER AND HEAT IT. NOW ADD THE CHOPPED ONIONS AND FRY IT TILL ITS GET TRANSPARENT.
  • NOW ADD THE FLOUR WITH ONION AND FRY IT ON LOW HEAT.
  • NOW ADD MILK, SALT, PEPPER AND SPINACH PUREE AND STIR IT FOR 3-5 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT.
  • NOW SERVE IT IN A BOWL,
  • FOR GARNISHING USE CREAM.
