Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

PANEER SALAD

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 3 GREATED CARROTS
  • 2 TSP OIL
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • 120 GRM OF PANEER
  • FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  • 1 CUP PEAS
  • 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  • BLACK PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A PAN ADD OIL IN IT AND HEAT IT.
  • NOW ADD MUSTARD SEEDS IN OIL. THEN ADD GRATED CARROT AND PEAS AND COVER IT FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  • NOW TAKE A BOWL POUR ALL THE PAN MIXTURE INTO IT.
  • NOW ADD THE MASHED PANEER ON IT.
  • NOW ADD BLACK PEPPER, SALT AND FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES WITH IT.
  • NOW MIX IT PROPERLY.
  • SERVE IT IN A BOWL.
