Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

OMURICE(JAPANESE CUISINE)

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 150 GRM CHICKEN PIECES
  • 2 DICED ONIONS
  • 1 DICED CARROT
  • 2 GARLIC CLOVES
  • 1 TBSP BUTTER
  • 2 TBSP OIL
  • 1 1/2 CUP COOKED RICE
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
  • 3 TBSP KETCHUP
  • 2 EGGS
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A PAN ADD BUTTER AND OIL IN IT AND FRY CHICKEN IN IT FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  • NOW ADD GARLIC AND ONION AND CARROT. FRY IT TILL THE ONION GETS TRANSPARENT.
  • NOW ADD THE COOKED RICE IN IT. MIX IT WELL.
  • NOW ADD SALT AND PEPPER WITH RICE. NOW ADD KETCHUP IN IT AND FRY IT FOR 2 MINUTES.
  • NOW TAKE OVER THE RICE AND KEEP IT ASIDE. COVER IT WITH SOMETHING.
  • NOW TAKE A PAN POUR OIL ON IT. TAKE A BOWL ADD EGGS AND SALT AND WHISK IT. NOW POUR IT ON A PAN.
  • FRY IT FROM BOTH THE SIDES.
  • NOW ADD THE COOKED RICE OVER THE EGG SHEET AND COVER IT.
  • FOR GARNISHING USE KETCHUP.
  • SERVE IT IN A PLATE.
