Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

MISO SOUP(JAPANESE CUISINE)

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 6 CUPS WATER
  • 2 TBSP DASHI GRANULE
  • 2 TBSP DRIED SEAWEED
  • 3 TBSP CHOPPED GREEN ONION
  • 2-3 TBSP MISO PASTE(SOY BEAN PASTE)
  • 120 GRM CUBED SHAPED TOFU
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A PAN ADD WATER IN IT FOR BOILING.
  • ADD DASHI GRANULE IN IT AND STIR TO DISSOLVE.
  • NOW TURN THE HEAT AT LOW AND ADD TOFU IN IT.
  • NOW ADD DRIED SEAWEED IN IT AND SIMMER IT.
  • NOW TAKE A BOWL ADD SOME DASHI WITH MISO PASTE AND STIR IT TILL IT GETS DISSOLVE. AND TURNS INTO AN SMOOTH MIXTURE.
  • NOW TURN THE HEAT OFF. ADD THE MISO PASTE WITH THE ABOVE PREPARED MIXTURE.
  • SERVE IT IN A BOWL.
  • FOR TOPPING USE CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS.
