Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

LENTIL SOUP

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1/4 CUP MOONG DAAL
  • 2 CUPS WATER
  • 1/4 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  • 1 TSP BUTTER
  • PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA(HING)
  • PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER
  • 1 LIME JUICE
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • BLACK PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
  • FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER AND  PRESSURE COOK MOONG DAAL TILL ITS GET SOFT.
  • TAKE A LITTLE PART OF MOONG DAAL AND KEEP IT ASIDE. AND BLEND REST OF THE MOONG DAAL IN BLENDER.
  • TAKE A PAN ADD BUTTER AND HEAT IT. LATER ADD CUMIN SEEDS. THEN ADD ASAFOETIDA AND BLENDED MOONG DAAL IN A PAN.
  • NOW ADD SLAT, TURMERIC POWDER, LIME AND PEPPER WITH MOONG DAAL MIXTURE.
  • NOW BOIL THE MIXTURE FOR 10 MINUTES. NOW ADD THE LITTLE AMOUNT OF MOONG DAAL KEPT ASIDE AND BOIL IT TILL ITS THICK ENOUGH FOR SOUP.
  • NOW SERVE IT.
  • USE SOME FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES FOR GARNISHING.
