Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

JAPANESE CURRY RICE(JAPANESE CUISINE)

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 300 GRM CHICKEN THIGHS
  • 3 ONIONS
  • 3 CARROTS
  • 4 POTATOES
  • 3 TBSP OIL
  • 4 CUPS WATER
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • GARAM MASALA AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • BLACK PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
  • 2 TBSP KETCHUP
  • 2 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • STEAMED RICE
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A PAN ADD OIL IN IT AND HEAT IT OVER LOW FLAME. NOW ADD ONION AND FRY IT TILL ITS TURN GOLDEN IN COLOR.
  • NOW TURN THE HEAT AT HIGH FLAME, ADD CHICKEN IN IT.
  • NOW TAKE A POT ADD WATER IN IT, ADD CARROTS INTO THE WATER AND BOIL IT.
  • NOW TURN THE HEAT AT MEDIUM AND ADD POTATOES, SALT AND GARAM MASALA IN IT. SIMMER IT TILL CARROTS GET SOFT.
  • TAKE IT OFF FROM THE HEAT. NOW ADD THE BLACK PEPPER, KETCHUP, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE WITH THE VEGGIE MIXTURE AND WHISK IT.
  • NOW TAKE A PLATE ADD SOME STEAMED RICE IN IT AND POUR CURRY WITH IT.
  • SERVE IT.
