Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

CUCUMBER SOUP

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 2 CUCUMBER 
  • 1 ONION
  • 1 POTATO
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 3 CUP OF WATER
  • 1 TBSP BUTTER
  • FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  • BLACK  PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • SUGAR AS PER TASTE
METHOD:-
  • CHOP ONION, POTATO AND CUCUMBER INTO SMALL PIECES.
  • TAKE A PAN ADD BUTTER AND HEAT IT. NOW ADD ONION, POTATO AND CUCUMBER AND FRY IT FOR 4-5 MINUTES.
  • NOW ADD BLACK PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS.
  • NOW ADD WATER AND BOIL IT. REDUCE THE HEAT AND LET IT COOK AT LOW FLAME.
  • NOW ADD SUGAR AND SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT AND TASTE.
  • NOW TAKE A BLENDER ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN IT WITH MILK AND BLEND IT.
  • NOW TAKE A BOWL AND SERVE IT.
  • FOR GARNISHING USE CORIANDER LEAVES.
  • (NOTE:- YOU CAN SERVE IT AS HOT SOUP AS WELL AS COLD SOUP)
