Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

CUCUMBER AND LENTILS SALAD

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 CUP MOONG DAAL
  • 3 CUP WATER
  • 1 GINGER
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • 1 LEMON
  • 1 GREEN CHILLI
  • CORIANDER LEAVES
  • BLACK PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
  • HALF FRESH GRATED COCONUTS
  • 2 CHOPPED CUCUMBER
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A BOWL POUR WATER IN IT AND ADD MOONG DAAL TO GET SOAKED FOR 1-2 HOURS.
  • NOW TAKE ANOTHER BOWL. ADD MOONG DAAL, CHOPPED CUCUMBER, CORIANDER LEAVES, GREEN CHILLI, GINGER, LEMON, GRATED COCONUT, SALT AND BLACK PEPPER IN IT.
  • NOW MIX IT PROPERLY.
  • SERVE IT.
