Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

CHESTNUT SOUP

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 TSP OIL
  • 4 CUPS WATER
  • 1/2 TSP NUTMEG
  • 1 DICED ONION
  • 1/2 CUP SOYA MILK
  • 1 TSP OF CREAM
  • 1/2 PIECE OF CINNAMON
  • 1/2 TSP OF CARAWAY SEED
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • 500 ML VEGETABLE STOCK
  • 250 GRM CHESTNUTS
METHOD:-
  • COOK CHESTNUTS IN THE WATER TILL THEY GET SOFT.
  • NOW ADD STOCK CUBE, CARAWAY SEEDS, NUTMEG AND CINNAMON WITH CHESTNUTS. AND COOK IT WELL.
  • TAKE A PAN ADD OIL AND FRY ONION IN IT TILL ITS GET TRANSPARENT AND SOFT.
  • NOW ADD THE FRIED ONION WITH CHESTNUTS.
  • NOW REMOVE CHESTNUTS FROM HEAT AND LET IT GET COOL.
  • NOW ADD SOYA MILK AND CREAM WITH CHESTNUTS.
  • TAKE A BLENDER ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN IT AND BLEND IT TILL ITS GET SMOOTH.
  • NOW AGAIN BOIL THE PREPARED MIXTURE OVER LOW HEAT.
  • NOW TAKE A BOWL AND SERVE IT.
