Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

CARROT SOUP

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 3 TBSP BUTTER
  • 1 LARGE ONION 
  • 3 CUPS WATER
  • 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE
  • 2 TSP LEMON JUICE
  • 2 TSP TOMATO PASTE
  • 1/2 TSP CUMIN
  • 10-12 SLICED CARROTS
  • 1/4 DICED SHAPE POTATOES
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
  • 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  • FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A PAN ADD BUTTER AND MELT IT.
  • NOW ADD ONION AND GARLIC WITH BUTTER AND FRY IT ON LOW FLAME TILL ITS TURN GOLDEN.
  • NOW ADD CARROT AND FRY IT. DO NOT FRY AT HIGH FLAME.
  • NOW ADD WATER, SALT, PEPPER CUMIN, CORIANDER POWDER, CUMIN, POTATO, TOMATO PASTE AND LEMON JUICE AND BOIL ALL THE INGREDIENTS.
  • COVER AND SIMMER IT FOR 25-30 MINUTES.
  • NOW TAKE A FOOD PROCESSOR ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS THEM PROPERLY.
  • NOW TAKE ANOTHER PAN ADD SOUP WITH MILK AND BOIL IT AGAIN.
  • SERVE IT A BOWL.
  • FOR GARNISHING USE FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES.
