Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

CABBAGE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 CABBAGE
  • 2 1/2 TSP OIL
  • 1 LEMON
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • GREEN CHILLI AS PER SPICINESS
  • FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  • 1/2 GINGER
  • BLACK PEPPER AS PER  SPICINESS
  • 2 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  • 4 TSP ROASTED CHANA DAAL
  • 8-10 PEANUTS
METHOD:-
  • FIRST OF ALL CHOP THE CABBAGE FINELY.
  • NOW TAKE A PAN ADD OIL IN IT AND LET IT HEAT ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  • NOW ADD MUSTARD SEEDS IN OIL. THEN ADD PEANUTS AND CHALA DAAL AND FRY IT FOR 1-2 MINUTES.
  • NOW ADD CHOPPED CABBAGE IN A PAN. THEN ADD GREEN CHIILLI, GINGER AND FRESH CORIANDER.
  • MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS PROPERLY.
  • SERVE IT IN A PLATE.
