Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

ALMOND-DILL SPINACH SOUP

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 4 CUPS MILK
  • 1 CUP CURD
  • PEPPER AS PER SPICINESS
  • 3 TSP DILL WEED
  • SALT AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • 10 CUPS SPINACH
  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  • 1/4 CUP ALMONDS
  • 2 TSP LEMON ZEST
METHOD:-
  • FIRST OF ALL TOAST ALMONDS AND CHOP DILL WEED.
  • TAKE A BLENDER ADD ONE THIRD OF FRESH SPINACH, HALF OF MILK, ONION, SILL, PEPPER AND LEMON ZEST.
  • NOW BLEND IT TILL ITS GET SMOOTH.
  • NOW ADD THE ANOTHER ONE THIRD OF SPINACH AND BLEND IT TILL ITS GET SMOOTH.
  • POUR IT IN A LARGE BOWL.
  • NOW IN THE BLENDER ADD REMAINING SPINACH, REMAINING MILK, AND CURD. BLEND IT TILL ITS GET SMOOTH.
  • NOW STIR ALL THE MIXTURE TOGETHER. CHILL OUT THE MIXTURE UNTIL YOU WANT IT.
  • SERVE IT AN BOWL.
  • FOR GARNISHING USE ALMONDS.
