Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

YOGURT SALAD

INGREDIENTS:-

  • SALT AS PER TASTE
  • 1 1/2 CUP YOGURT
  • 2 TSP HONEY
  • 10 GRM CASHEW NUTS
  • 20 SLICED WHITE GRAPES
  • 3 CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS
  • 10 GRM CHOPPED MINT LEAVES
  • 1 SLICED BIG SIZE CARROT
  • 1 1/2 SHREDDED CABBAGE
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A BOWL, ADD YOGURT AND HONEY IN IT, NOW BEAT IT PROPERLY.
  • NOW TAKE AN ANOTHER BOWL AND ADD CARROT, SPRING ONION, CABBAGE, CASHEW NUTS, GRAPES, SALT AND MINT IN IT.
  • NOW ADD THE YOGURT MIXTURE WITH VEGETABLE MIXTURE AND MIX IT WELL.
  • NOW TAKE A PLATE AND SERVE IT AS YOU LIKE.
