Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

YOGURT GARLIC DIP

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 T/S GARLIC PASTE
  • 1 CUP HUNG CURD
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • 1 FINELY CHOPPED CHILI
  • 1 T/S SUGAR
  • 2 T/S FRESHLY CHOPPED DILL    
METHODS
  •  TAKE A BOWL. ADD 2 T/S GARLIC PASTE,AND HUNG CURD.
  • NOW ADD SALT TO TASTE AND SUGAR FOR BALANCING THE FLAVOUR. NOW ADD FINELY CHOPPED CHILI FOR SPICINESS. 
  • MIX IT WELL.
  • ADD CHOPPED DILL AND AGAIN MIX IT WELL.
  • SERVE IT WITH SIMPLE CHIPS OR PAKORAS.
