Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

TAHINI

TAHINI IS A SESAME PASTE WHICH WE CAN USE IT FOR CURRY.

INGREDIENTS
  •  100 GRAMS SOAKED SESAME SEEDS
  • PINCH OF SALT
  • WATER AS REQUIRED
  • 2 T/S OF SESAME OIL(OPTIONAL)
METHOD
  • IN A BLENDER TAKE SOAKED SESAME SEEDS AND LITTLE BIT OF WATER AND ALSO ADD PINCH OF SALT AND BLEND IT WELL OR TILL IT BECOME FINE PASTE.
  • NOW ADD 2 T/S SESAME OIL AND BLEND IT AGAIN FOR 60 SECONDS. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO ADD OIL THEN YOU CAN SKIP IT.
  • SERVE IT IN A BOWL. YOU CAN USE IT FOR ANY KIND OF CURRY AND ALSO ADD IT IN HUMMUS. OR MAKE STRONG DRESSING FOR SALAD.
  • HERE IS YOUR TAHINI IS READY.
