Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

PAPAYA LASSI

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 TSP SALT(OR SUGAR)
  • ICE CUBES
  • 1 CUP CURD
  • FRESH MINT
  • 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  • 2 CUPS CHILLED WATER
  • 150 GRM MASHED PAPAYA
METHOD:-
  • TAKE A BLENDER ADD CURD AND WATER AND BLEND IT.
  • NOW ADD MASHED PAPAYA, LEMON JUICE,SALT AND BLACK PEPPER IN IT.
  • BLEND ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
  • POUR IT INTO GLASS WITH ICE CUBES.
  • GARNISH IT WITH MINT LEAVES.
(NOTE:- IF YOU LIKE SWEET TASTE THEN USE SUGAR INSTEAD OF SALT, ALL PROCESS ARE SAME JUST REPLACE SALT WITH SUGAR)
