Low fat raw vegan dressing [1]

Ingredients 2 mandarins ¾ cup chopped cucumber Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp tahini Method Take a blender jar. Add all the ingredients blend it until it gets smooth. Store this sauce in the air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

MINT LASSI

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 100 ML CURD
  • 200 ML WATER
  • 1/2 TSP BLACK SALT
  • 1 TSP CUMIN
  • BLACK PEPPER AS PER REQUIREMENT
  • 50 GRM OF FRESH MINT LEAVES
METHOD:-
  • TAKE AN SUSPENSE, TOAST CUMIN IN IT UNTIL YOU CAN SMELL FRAGRANT OF CUMIN AND UNTIL IT TURNS INTO LIGHT BROWN.
  • NOW TAKE A BLENDER ADD CURD, WATER, BLACK SALT, CUMIN, BLACK PEPPER AND FRESH MINT LEAVES IN IT.
  • BLEND IT WELL UNTIL ITS GET SMOOTH.
  • SERVE IT IN GLASS WITH SOME FRESH MINT LEAVES FOR DECORATION.
